Be Victorious Coaching, Led by Founder Victoria Dorsano, Launches Reignite, an Exclusive Six-Week Coaching Program That Helps Professionals Rebuild the Healthy Routines That Fit Their Lifestyle Today

“Whether you’re rebuilding after a major life change or preparing for the next chapter of your career, your health needs a system that grows with you.” — Victoria Dorsano, Be Victorious Coaching
Be Victorious Coaching has launched Reignite: The Foundation, a six-week group coaching program that helps professionals build healthier routines that fit their lives today. Designed for business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and those navigating demanding careers or major life transitions, the program combines expert group coaching and group accountability to help participants regain energy, improve consistency, and create sustainable habits. September 14 cohort, limited to 15 seats.

Long hours, growing responsibilities, career advancement, family obligations, and unexpected life transitions gradually replace the routines that once supported good health. For many professionals, the challenge is not understanding what they should do but figuring out how to make those habits fit their lives today.

That challenge inspired Reignite: The Foundation, an exclusive six-week coaching program from Be Victorious Coaching that helps professionals reconnect with the disciplined version of themselves through expert coaching, a supportive peer cohort, and practical systems that meet the demands of everyday life.

Founder and certified health coach Victoria Dorsano has spent the past eight years coaching professionals whose careers demand high levels of performance. Throughout that work, she noticed a common pattern. Some clients came after a significant life event, a career change, the loss of a loved one, an injury, or a major shift in responsibilities, that disrupted routines they had maintained for years. Others were already thriving professionally but wanted to improve their energy, longevity, and overall well-being so they could continue pursuing meaningful work for years to come.

Although their circumstances differed, they shared one challenge: rebuilding consistency in the middle of busy lives.

“One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that people think they’ve lost their discipline,” said Vicgoria Dorsano. “What I see is something different. Their lives have changed. They’ve taken on new responsibilities, built careers, started businesses, raised families, or navigated major transitions. The routines that once worked simply don’t fit anymore. Reignite helps people build new systems that support the life they have today, not the one they had years ago,” added Victoria Dorsano.

That philosophy is personal for Victoria Dorsano. In 2020, she tore her ACL and fractured her kneecap during a competitive beach volleyball match. The injury required nearly a year of rehabilitation before returning to competition. The experience reinforced a lesson she now applies to every client: lasting progress doesn’t come from motivation alone. It comes from systems, consistency, and accountability.

Participants follow the Core 5 framework, structured around movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and daily step goals. Each cohort meets for weekly live group coaching every Monday at 5:00 p.m. CT. The program also includes registered dietitian-designed meal plans for omnivore, vegetarian, and pescatarian lifestyles, progressive workout programming for home, gym, or travel, daily coaching support within a small private group, and more than 20 downloadable resources covering meal preparation, travel strategies, modification guides, and practical habit-building tools.

Participants are encouraged to complete at least 80% of the program. The goal is not flawless execution, but creating routines that remain realistic and sustainable long after the six weeks end.

The coaching team includes National Board Certified Health Coach Madi Bennett, a competitive Spartan Race athlete and Be Victorious Coaching co-founder, along with Hannah Daugherty, M.S. Exercise Science and Precision Nutrition Level 2 coach, providing participants with expertise across behavior change, nutrition, and performance coaching.

At $495 for the six-week experience, Reignite provides an accessible alternative to one-on-one coaching programs that often exceed $1,800 while maintaining the personalized support many professionals need to create lasting change.

Enrollment is now open and begins September 14. Participation is limited to 15 people per cohort to preserve personalized coaching and meaningful group support. Those interested can learn more at https://bevictorioushealth.com/reignite.
