Colorado Egg Producers Association Organizes Interactive Activities and Contests for National Egg Month
Denver, CO – The Colorado Egg Producers Association, a small membership organization representing Colorado egg producers, has announced it will be hosting 31 days of “EGGtivities” in celebration of National Egg Month.
As part of this exciting month, the Colorado Egg Producers Association has organized fun activities and contests for children and their families, including interactive coloring sheets, history stories, virtual egg farm field trips, recipes, and egg experiments, crafts, and more! To educate Coloradans about the state’s egg production efforts and the importance of fresh egg consumption, the Association will also host three notable contents:
1. Justin Timberlake Contest
Are you familiar with the infamous Justin Timberlake meme, “It’s gonna be May,” announcing the arrival of May, or National Egg Month? In the first contest of the month, participants will be required to create their best version of a “Justin Timberlake egg” with household supplies. In this fun challenge, decorate a real egg like the famous popstar! Entries will be accepted from May 1 to May 8, 2020, for a chance to win a $25 gift card.
2. Kids Loving Eggs Contest
Know a child that loves eggs and just cannot get enough? Share their story, with a video or picture, as part of this exciting contest. Entries will be accepted from May 9 to May 16, 2020, for a chance to win free eggs for a year.
3. Balancing Act Contest
Life is a balancing act! In this fun family challenge, test egg balancing skills and share a video or picture of one’s best balancing act! Entries will be accepted from May 17 to May 31, 2020, for a chance to win a $25 gift card.
To enter any of these exciting contents participants must (1) sign-up for the Colorado Egg Producers Newsletter, (2) like and follow Colorado Egg Producers on Facebook or Instagram, and (3) submit any videos or pictures by tagging @ColoradoEggProducers before the contest deadline.
