Herndon, VA – Prosperity Eating Disorder and Wellness Center is excited to announce the launch of its new Outpatient Program, designed to offer comprehensive and individualized care for those dealing with eating disorders. The program features a distinguished team of healthcare professionals, each bringing a unique set of skills and experiences to provide the highest standard of care.

Meet Our Expert Team:

Jamie Slagle, RN, MSN, WHNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: Jamie brings over 15 years of experience in advanced practice nursing care, specializing in both OB/GYN and psychiatric care. She offers compassionate support and psychiatric expertise to outpatient clients, under the supervision of Dr. Adrian Brown, MD. Jamie is well-versed in caring for diverse patient populations and is licensed in Virginia.

Paula Payne, MS, RDN, CEDRD-S, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist: With a strong background in dietetics and nutrition, Paula has been a vital part of Prosperity’s Nutrition Team since 2018. She is passionate about teaching and helping clients develop a positive relationship with food. Paula holds a Master of Science degree in nutrition and is licensed in Virginia.

Paige Townley, MA, NCC Resident in Counseling: Paige, a Resident in Counseling and Nationally Certified Counselor, offers individual, group, and family therapy with a trauma-informed approach. She incorporates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in her practice. Paige has presented at multiple international conferences and is involved in research focusing on eating disorders.

Maya Keator, MS, RD, LD, Registered Dietitian: Maya specializes in helping clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies. She brings enthusiasm and compassion to her work with child, adolescent, and adult patients. Maya’s approach is non-diet and body inclusive, focusing on balanced eating and full recovery. She is licensed in Virginia and Maryland.

The new Outpatient Program at Prosperity Eating Disorder and Wellness Center is set to offer an array of services, including individualized treatment plans, dietary counseling, psychiatric support, and various therapeutic approaches.
