Danielle M. Potter MS, LSSBB, PMP 

Danielle started working in healthcare in 2011. Since then she has completed a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, completed her Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification, and completed her Project Management Professionals Certification. Danielle currently works as an organizational development consultant and spent two years as Manager of the Value Institute Learning Center. She is also a Certified Instructional Designer and continues to work with peers on developing new trainings that will benefit healthcare workers. 

Nicole Szalay Batulis, MHA, LSMBB, CPHQ 

Nicole has over a decade of continuous improvement experience in healthcare and is Director, Operational Excellence at Dartmouth-Hitchcock leading the Performance Improvement Team, the Project Management office and the Value Institute Learning Center.  Nicole received her M.H.A in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health. Nicole earned her Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and Moresteam.com. Nicole is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
